Residential high-rises are accenting Boston's skyline as new towers join Chinatown, the Bulfinch Triangle, and the Seaport District. Vibrant locations combine with contemporary design, innovative unit layouts, and round-the-clock social features to breathe new life into the city's rental market. These towers are helping to fuel Boston's continued growth by supporting the lifestyles of empty nesters and young professionals alike.

    Reinvention of a
    South Beach Gem

Miami Beach's newest boutique hotel boldly reinvents a Tropical Art Deco treasure through the lens of modernist luxury. ADD Inc's painstaking renovation juxtaposes historic terrazzo floors, exacting light fixture replicas, stucco accents, and existing porthole windows with plush, contemporary flourishes such as silk wall coverings, dark wood paneling, and hand-woven area rugs. Stunning details and dynamic "living spaces" artfully marry vintage mid-century Miami Modern elements and high-fashion glamour.

    Cool Apartments
    Join a Hot Neighborhood

The Fort Point Neighborhood has housed artists and galleries for decades, and recently, the street scene has become the city's prime social destination. Branding Iron captured the appeal of this historic/progressive neighborhood in the campaign created for 44 loft-style apartments in a brick and timber building at 381 Congress Street. The campaign visuals draw from the neighborhood's range of physical textures as well as nostaligic "blueprints" and contemporary art galleries.

    Change on the Miami River

Located along the Miami River, the project will provide a vital addition to the neighborhood and imbue the riverfront with round-the-clock activity. River Landing is the second largest mixed-use development in the city of Miami and is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
