BOSTON (05 March 2012) - ADD Inc President Frederick A. Kramer, AIA, spoke at the "State of the Seaport District" panel discussion sponsored by Bisnow. Topics ranged from transportation to vacancies, and rent stabilization in this burgeoning slice of Boston. The conversation was moderated by Rich Toelke. Additional featured speakers included John Hynes of Boston Global Investors, Kairos Shen, Chief Planner for the City of Boston, Young Park of Berkeley Investments, and Stephen Faber of The Beal Companies. ADD Inc is currently working on several waterfront projects such as 381 Congress Street, Pier 4 and Parcel 24. These unique, multi-family developments respond to Mayor Menino's challenge to city architects and developers to infuse this diverse neighborhood with round-the-clock residential life.
