    A new shimmer is coming to this classic oceanfront hotel with a prominent place in Miami's rich Art Deco heritage. Drawing on its storied history during the 40's, 50's, and 60's, ADD Inc has restored the hotel's distinctive exterior while reimagining its interior as a chic and contemporary hotel. Design inspired by the Art Deco era ensures that the Shelborne will maintain its sparkling status among South Beach's collection of boutique hotels.

Distinctive architectural visuals define each workgroup's brand identity while reinforcing IBM's global reach and knowledge base. The design of this research and development site has been instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent while enhancing the company's appeal to a younger generation of engineers.

    Massachusetts College of Art and Design is an urban arts school located in downtown Boston, along the city's Avenue of the Arts. Designed to cater to the unique living/learning requirements of incoming art school freshmen, the building incorporates project workrooms, casual seating lounges, and snack kitchens on every residence floor to create an informal studio atmosphere conducive to artistic dialogue and inter-disciplinary friendships.
