Archstone North Point stands at the intersection of two great cities. This exceptional location offered the opportunity to blend the allure of a downtown Boston lifestyle with a new rental community situated comfortably in its Cambridge surroundings. The design team organized the massing to capture stunning views of the Boston skyline while creating lively new urban spaces for the local community. Supporting a smart growth development strategy, the design choreographs green spaces, interior plazas, and pathways linking the project to public transportation and adjacent amenities. Residents enjoy a luxurious amenities package, including a pool house, rooftop terrace, concierge service, Click Cafe, fitness center, and a screening room that establishes the standard for future residential development in the evolving North Point neighborhood.
